Terms and Conditions

Scheduling- We require at least a 24 hour notice for all photography services- last minute requests will be addressed individually and may incur additional fees. While scheduling an appointment, please include the listing address and other important information in the appropriate forms below. After selecting “I have read and agree to the terms above” on the scheduling form, the appointment will be considered booked. Please use our Home Prep Guide to ensure that the home is ready for our appointment. All properties are subject to be shot “as is” when the photographer arrives. Sightline Photography LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments to reduce travel times- you will be contacted prior to any rescheduling request. Sightline Photography reserves the right to cancel an appointment without any notice or repercussion and reschedule to the next available appointment.

Image Rights and Usage- All images remain the sole property of Sightline Photography LLC and carry a three year limited license for real estate photography work- the images may be used for all marketing purposes associated with the scheduling agent and the current sale of the scheduled property. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, buyers, property managers or a subsequent agent is strictly prohibited. The original licensee agrees that any further requests received for usage and licensing of the original images, or requests for altering the images in any way will be directed to Sightline Photography LLC. Any unauthorized use or altering of original images by any party may be subject to litigation according to current copyright laws.

At the shoot- Any images of the property by Sightline Photography LLC will be deemed acceptable if the client, homeowner or authorized representative is not present. We will make a reasonable effort to exclude unsightly objects in any room. However, due to liability concerns, Sightline Photography LLC is not responsible for handling or moving any object in the home in any way. Without a representative available, it is implied that the decisions by Sightline Photography LLC shall be deemed acceptable in creating the final images, and any requested reshoots of the property will be subject to normal scheduling and fees.

Cancellation and Home access- Note that a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of a “booked” appointment. If the clients, homeowners or representatives are not available to provide access, or the home is otherwise inaccessible at the time of the scheduled appointment, Sightline Photography LLC will consider the appointment cancelled and billed according to the original rate at the time of booking.

After the shoot- After the initial appointment, we will digitally process each image. This includes any basic composting or color correction to provide images that represent the current state of the home during the appointment- advanced retouching is available at additional cost. We will provide a link to download the images in either high or low resolution for print or web purposes. All images will be provided within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment. Any special request to provide images prior to a 24 hour timeline may incur additional fees.

Travel- We are happy to provide photography services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A half or full day rate will be applied to such properties

Payment- Payment is due prior to downloading the images for use. If arrangements need to be made to receive the images prior to payment, please contact Sightline Photography LLC for image access. Under these circumstances, payment is due within 10 days from the originally scheduled appointment- a late fee of 3% will be applied after 10 days and every 10 days thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Sightline Photography LLC accepts cash, card, check or e-transfer.
